Packaged food products are generally not returnable after delivery for hygiene and food-safety reasons. A replacement or refund may be considered where an item is damaged, defective, expired, tampered with, or different from the confirmed order.
Customers should notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the order details, photographs and packaging information. Unopened non-defective products may be considered for return only with prior written approval within 7 days. Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the transaction.
Customized orders, opened packs, perishable or improperly stored products, and damage caused after delivery are excluded. Return shipping may be payable by the customer unless the item supplied was incorrect or defective. Original delivery fees are generally non-refundable.
